The safety valve block (BOD) is a set of fittings consisting of safety valves 1 and switching devices 2 and 3 (if necessary, an adapter 4 can be installed between the switching devices and the safety valves), providing a permanent connection of the equipment protected from an unacceptable increase in pressure with only one of the safety valves.
